Factory-cutting the pet door before the GRP skin is sealed keeps the door watertight — exactly the way a manufacturer would build it from scratch. Retrofitting a flap on-site means cutting through a sealed skin, which compromises the weather rating and the 10-year guarantee. We don't do that. We build it right at the factory.
